  • Welcome to our website (dhingraclinic.com), we here provide medical knowledge displayed on webpage of this website. We acquire information via our forms present on Medical enquiry webpage.We display clinic details on this webpage. We allow booking of online appointments via whats up.
  • The information provided on website is for online medical consultation, both audio and video consultation but is not a substituite for in patient consultation. Every data created by owner is subject to copyright  and works on the basis of telemedicine where our platform provides virtual consultation, care in remote areas via phone calls, easy access to General physician.

Medical disclaimer

  • We do not claim for any error committed by patient if he/she does self medication, this time if any medical mishap happens than the patient life rest in hands of emergency care treated at Hospital.
  • The medical content on this website do not affirm any doctor patient relationship and patient is guided for in patient consultation after thorough online servings by our concerned Doctor.
  • After online follow ups if patient does not get satisfied with medical expertise of doctor virtually he/she can seek medical consultation in physical form for accurate diagnosis & treatment.

Doctor Consultation Policy

  • The treating physician is no where liable for any harm, damage relating to patient or its decision making capacity. The patient consults doctor with his/her own will.The treatment decisions depend on clinical examination and investigations spoken by patient while doing virtual consultation.  
  • The online consultation between Doctor and Patient is limited when compared to in patient consultation as physical examination and other hand maneuvers cannot be performed and medical diagnosis is not fully 100% accurate as there is only sharing of information through technology.
  • If patient he/she does not get relief by virtual consultation than he/she must seek medical help at hospital during emergency by calling emergency helpline number.

Appointment & Cancellation

  • Online booking of appointments through whtas up number is subjected to availability i.e doctors early access, number of booked appointments, early contact with patient can easily increase chance of booking. The clinic schedule is also subjected to change without prior notice to the patient as it is clinic management.
  • The clinic reserves right to reschedule and cancel appointments at any time without any formal notification. The changes are subjected to many factors like absence of staff, unavailability of Doctor, medical leave for doctor, nurse etc can contribute to above mentioned changes.
  • The patient is responsibile for providing correct contact details. If the patient provides vague details than the clinic, doctor or staff is not liable for any damage or injury to patient during teleconsultation.

Patient Responsibilities

  • During online consultation patient sharing essential information that plays key role in framing medical diagnosis that includes medical history, surgical history, any history of allergy, drug history, pregnancy history, any chronic illness likeTB, cancer must be elaborated correctly.
  • Do not misuse prescription medicines without medical supervision., if done so than out Doctor will not take any responsibility.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • The personal details of patient such as Name of Person, Mobile number, email and other important details are kept confidential without any revelation.
  • The data provided by patient will be used during online consultation for medical purpose, communication purpose and for booking appointments.
  • The clinic does not sell or share data with third party if required by law ensuring legal compliance.

Prescription policy

  • The medical prescription given by Doctor for certain disease must be followed as per doctors advice as it is based on clinical expertise and clinical judgement of the physician.
  • Some medicines for a specific illness prescribed by Doctor during follow up consultation so that doctor can monitor treatment, review any diagnostic test, modify the practice of care for benefit of patient.
  • Patients after having prescription via online consultation reserve right to share prescription information with other Doctor in order to have second opinion.

Limitation of Liability

  • The clinic is not responsibile for any damage done by second party (online user) such as misuse of our website information he is subjected to legal implication.
  • The online platform is not liable if patient incorrectly does self medication.
  • The clinic is not responsibile if there is delay in care by the patient at our online platform.

Intellectual property

  • The stored and preserved information, logos, images belongs to Dhingra clinic and it is sole property of this clinic. Any unauthorized access, breachment of its data is subjected to legal implication.
  • Unauthorized copying or reproduction of above mentioned intellectual assets are prohibited.
